UUCA Web Donor Form - 2008

We hope that after careful consideration, you are able to consider meeting one of the Joyful Giving Challenges as outlined below:

underwriting one full day of UUCA's operation (minimum of $4000 annually)
increasing my/our commitment by 20% or more (please specify if greater than 20%: )

We understand that not everyone will be able to meet one of the challenges, so we ask that you increase your commitment by as much as is comfortable and joyful.
